What a waste

I bought the full version and played the match-3 game once and it froze at the end. I then downloaded the free version and it did the same thing! In order to get help from Digital Chocolates website I have to give them my Facebook id - its a required field. I dont want to give you my fb id! I simply want the game I bought to work!
